These terms apply to this website. They do not govern the Monza service itself: what you get when you develop and run an application on Monza will be set out in a separate agreement, which you will be asked to accept before any of it applies to you.

This website is provided by Monza Creatives, the owner of Monza.

You may read these pages, and quote or link to them, freely. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it not made available to you, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Our content
The text, design, logos and marks on this site belong to Monza Creatives. The Monza name and mark are ours. You are welcome to refer to them; you may not present them as your own or use them in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.
Accuracy
We describe Monza as accurately as we can, and we correct things when they change. Even so, these pages are a description rather than a promise: nothing here forms part of a contract, and specifications, availability and prices can change.

Where we link to another site, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for what it says or does.
